Description Reviews Warranty Information This long lasting, 6" Nano pad will quickly remove paint over spray, water spots, tree, sap, rail dust, and other bonded surface contaminants from the surface of your automotive paint, glass, moldings, and plastic. Unlike a clay bar, The HD Nano Pad can be cleaned by simply rinsing off the accumulated contaminated with water. If you drop the pad on the ground, no worries. Just rinse with the Nano Pad and it is ready to use again. Attaches to any velcro 6" or smaller backing plate. -Lasts 4 times longer than clay bars. -Produces a flawless paint surface. -Glides on & Off easily for a slick finish. -If inadvertently dropped, simply rinse clean. DIRECTIONS: Use only on clean, cool paint and out of direct sunlight. Do not work on a surface over 144 degrees F. Please use in an inconspicuous space for the first time in case of unexpected adverse effects on painted surfaces. 1.Thoroughly wash vehicle free of dust, sand, and dirt. 2. Mist sufficent 3D or HD clay lubricant evenly onto the suface. 3. Polish the surface with the HD Nano Pad using light pressure. 4. Wipe off residue and apply wax or glaze. Note: Use 5.5" or 6" DA backing plate. Sufficient lubricant is crucial to the Nano Pad application. Plain water is not an adequate lubricant. DO NOT use with a rotary polisher. Nano Pad is not solvent resistant. Remove tar & grease before aplication. Body Shop Directions: 1. Spray with silicone free lubricant. Apply 6" pad with Pneumatic finishing Sander at low speed and no pressure. 2. Sanding (Because the surface is free of contaminants, it becomes much easier to create even sanding marks for the next step paint correction). 3. Use HD Cut & Polish to level the clear coat.
